Gray Nicholls Powerbow Cricket bat review

My Cricket Bat review is the Gray Nicholls Powerbow. It is a great  bat, the shape is very distinctive evn though  it still looks like a traditional cricket bat, it has an up to date feel aboput it. The blade has quite a pronounced bow, which gives it a lok that it relly means business!. The sweet spot is in the middle of the blade, that suits my style of play. The middle is pretty good on this bat. The balance and the weight of the bat are a bit on the strong side but again it gives a feeling that you are gnerating momentum and bat speed in the hitting area. The Gray Nicholls range has been around for years and the customer service is really good in my experience. I have had my bat for a while, it has got a couple of small cracks in the toe where I caught a yorker a bit wrong, but I had it repaired and the bat goes as well as ever.

This is the bat that Andrew Strauss used in the Ashes series and the series against South  Africa, so if it is good enough for him then its good enough for me!
